Xenergie is an executive coaching and team /culture transformation company facilitating growth for people who are committed to developing more from themselves in life and business. We facilitate people to pursue excellence, live more fulfilled lives, explore new directions, collaborate better in teams and be inspirational to others. We are a structured collaboration of professional coaches covering Ireland and the UK with a growing network across Europe, comprising experts from a variety of backgrounds and international cultures, all with a focus on learning as a two-way learning process.

Jointly, we offer a centre of excellence to stimulate and inspire you. Paying attention to our intentions, we further seek to nurture your imagination by always choosing surroundings and coaching venues that move you towards profound learning and discovery for yourself such as beautiful country houses and the outdoors.

Our executive coaches and facilitators come from international business and entrepreneurship, as well as performing arts, health, the great outdoors and event production, so that we stimulate your thinking and learning experience through multi-faceted programmes and “coaching journeys”. We believe that by bridging our various worlds we bring an exciting set of skills and viewpoints unmatched by any other training or development organisation, in a developmental journey that supports you through a a veritable odyssey of personal growth, be it in a 1-1, group or team process. Rome was definitely not built in a day and the journey is far more interesting than the destination!

Our lead coaches/facilitators always have a track record in business, prior to becoming coaches, and are in ongoing professional development and supervision in accordance with coaching best practice. Xenergie is also in the process of becoming a FETAC aligned learning centre and is an active member and contributor to the Irish Coach Development Network.
