Adam originally hails from Scotland and is a certified NLP coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. He combines over 5 years coaching experience and 15 years sales and client management expertise. He describes himself as passionate about maximising the experience you provide to your customers each and every time they meet your organisation.He goes on to say, “Great customer experience and a customer focussed sales strategy will only truly work if the organisation has the buy in of its customer facing employees and the consent of the customer. The key is not the just the processes involved with delivering an outstanding client experience, it’s also about creating an environment where your staff truly value your customer as important and behave in a way that reflects and conveys that importance”.
Adam is currently leading Xenergie’s rapid growth in the UK and apart from coaching and training, he is responsible for introducing Xenergie’s coaching approach to business issues to the highly competitive UK market.
Before joining Xenergie, Adam worked across a number of key sectors including IT services, pharmaceuticals and finance.
- As Head of Business Development at DBFS, he successfully diversified into several key markets including travel and professional services.
- As Business Development Manager at Accordance/ Eurocash, he was responsible for major contracts with The Babcock Group, BAe, GE Corporate and GE Infrastructure.
- As Account Manager at QAS/Experian, he finished ahead of quota every year he was there, each finishing in the top 5% of the sales team.
Adam has particular expertise in one on one peak performance coaching with high performing individuals within executive and sales teams.
