Brona O’Boyle has gained 27 years experience in marketing strategy and business coaching for the SME sector in Germany and the UK and more recently as an executive and image coaching for the private and corporate sector in The UK and Ireland. Brona’s effortless ability to inspire and motivate others to reach their potential is supported by her energy and vision to see others in a way that they cannot see themselves. Prior to her specialising as an executive and image coach in her native West of Ireland, Brona enjoyed the heady delights and hard work of the demanding but exciting creative and innovative culture of the marketing world in Germany and London.

During her longest tenure at the UK based Carlson Marketing Group, the number one world leaders in relationship marketing, Brona worked across all marketing disciplines. In her capacity as Board Director with responsibility for The Experiential Marketing Department she successfully launched two media, namely On-Line Sampling for London Underground and Emote Sensory Marketing-the first ever consultancy of its kind in the UK. Emote generated a deal of media interest from the international press and the BBC as it was a brave challenge to an advertising world dominated by visual media as in TV, press ads etc.

In addition to driving innovation in a rapidly expanding face to face brand experience market, Brona was charged with the task of generating new business, business development and the management and development of a head office team of 15 including overall responsibility for up to 2,500 field staff . The demands of a creative business with a substantial client base coupled with her training in coaching and mentoring gave Brona ample opportunity for exposure to a wide range of skills which has resulted in her specialising in executive and image coaching in Ireland for the past 5 years.

Upon her return to Ireland, Brona concentrated on working with business owners in the SME sector in a marketing and team coaching capacity. During the past 5 years, Brona has steadily added to her skill set and has gained formal qualifications in Business and Personal Coaching, Myers Briggs, Belbin, Emotional Intelligence and Image Coaching.
Brona is a frequent media commentator on work related issues and the importance of a good image in the work place. As part of the Xenergie team, Brona works alongside Lorna and Bernard designing and delivering coaching programmes and specialises in training individuals on how to manage their image and impact at work.
