Develop Your Personal Brand-image coaching

  • What's your reputation today: are you known, what do people think/know of you, what do they associate you with?
  • What's your 'story'; what makes you interesting?
  • What are your strengths and unique selling points?
  • How wide is your circle of influence?
  • Who do you consider to be your competitors, influencers, mentors?
  • What's the first experience a client has of you?

brandcalledyouv1_195If you want to raise your profile and achieve executive presence, these are all pertinent questions to consider. However, reflecting on them yourself can only give a fraction of the answer. This image coaching process is designed to provide a complete review: 360-feedback through a personal profile audit and your coach as a mirror to see yourself in a new light with new information, and thereafter to project a high quality image, consistent with your skills and talents.

Those in the limelight - and not just the rich and famous - have long since recognised the importance of managing your public image. Whether you are looking for a new job, wanting to set a new trend or seeking to raise your profile for the company you work for, developing your own personal style - your brand - is crucial. People buy people, and people buy people based on their subconscious emotional responses.

It is also critically important that individuals who represent companies espouse their firm's brand values in their daily habits. For example, if your company holds innovation as a top brand value, then your people must also exhibit innovation in how they present themselves and their approach to life.

Brands comprise emotional, physical, inspirational and intellectual attributes. Logic is just a small part of what makes a successful brand- developing the 'x' factor is something more spiritual and a cocktail of components.

This image coaching process entails looking at the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual attributes that you attach to yourself (consciously and subconsciously) from how you feel about yourself deep inside to how you present yourself physically, to the activities you undertake, the way you interact with others, the people you associate with and the organisations you belong to. From there we consider communication channels to express yourself though.

rebrand_image_203This image and performance life coaching programme is a fascinating process of self-discovery. It can also be adapted to a group-coaching programme where a corporation is working on developing specific behaviours to complement the company's brand philosophy or we can tailor packages that integrate life coaching, image and style, relaxation, vitality and wellness all in one, with small group discussions AND 1-1 consultations.

Who is this programme aimed at?

  • Business leaders, corporate leaders, executives and entrepreneurs who wish to raise their profile, change direction or enter new markets/geographies
  • They are also people in the process of interviewing or seeking promotion and recognition within an organization. They may also be interested in lifestyle changes or dating! Our self-branding process distinguishes an individual's style and skills from those of the competition.
  • Companies who wish to encourage specific behaviours to complement their brand image

"Well I’m here at my desk in my new outfit, in my jewellery and wearing make-up (after riding to work)! I’m nothing if not obedient!! Thanks a million for an inspiring weekend. I haven’t done any work here yet because people keep coming up and asking my about the weekend, and oh, I’ve had about 7 compliments so far! There is still a lot to digest, but I feel more positive than I have done in ages"
