Helen Stanton (associate)

helen_web_134_01Executive Leadership Coach

Helen Stanton is an outstanding executive coach who is powerful at raising the performance levels of senior managers. Her favourite skill as a coach is providing a space for her clients to see the possibilities that lie within themselves – the strengths they can use and the differences that they can make that are meaningful for them. She encourages her clients to create a picture of exactly how they want things to be - connecting them with the energy, will and confidence to make that picture a reality. She particularly enjoys supporting her clients to step outside their comfort zone, to try out new behaviours and to assess the impact of those new behaviours on themselves and others.

Helen's portfolio of clients includes national and global companies; third level educational organisations; and voluntary agencies including:
  • Eircom where she coached 80 of the top 120 senior managers and lead initiatives to develop a coaching culture when she was an employee of the company. eircom continues to hire her to work with senior managers;
