Who Facilitates and What’s Included?

Xenergie Team Doc facilitators and coaches are experienced in business, as well as having developed a long maturity in coaching and learning, and many with Masters level education. 

Xenergie’s programme directors have many years experience in multinational organisations worldwide at senior management and consulting level, and contribute to global leadership academies for major organisations around the world.

The TeamDoc journey includes:
  • Action research: shadowing and 360 interviews, including external stakeholder networks, to explore the issues in practice.
  • Cultural system analysis at team and organisational level
  • Group coaching: focusing on the issues identified and developing a sense of purpose; building trust for collaboration; and developing accountability and responsibility
  • 1-1 Executive Coaching: the individual as a contributor and leader
  • Collaboration Strategy development: using collaboration in business strategy e.g. examining the nature of alliances and issues, blocks and clashes that may emerge; corporate social responsibility and building people authenticity into the value chain.
  • Measurement assessments: we use a number of assessments and benchmarking formulas to determine ROI at Level 3.  Assessments used include Belbin Team Roles, and 360 survey assessments in Behavioural Differentiation, Influence and Leadership.
