Footsteps to Self Mastery is an award winning, stimulating 90-day mind and body programme held in a beautiful country house setting in the west of Ireland. It begins with a 2 day introductory course in which you can kick-start positive changes and discover a toolbox for happiness, achievement and success across your life. You will then work on your own personal goal project over a 90 day timeframe and reconvene for Part 2 of the learning journey in a final 2 day weekend retreat.
