The competition which is run in association with Davy Stockbrokers and supported by The Sunday Times took place on Tuesday 20th May at The Merrion in Dublin.
Under Lorna's leadership, Xenergie has won the trust of a range of high profile customers including AIB Corporate Banking, Telehouse Europe, Shannon Engine Support, J&J to name a few. Lorna's nomination is a reward to her major achievements at the front of Xenergie, a fast growing executive development services company, aiming to double its business in the next two years.
Xenergie's focus is exclusively on executive development, coaching and consulting in the area of behavioural excellence, predominantly for multinationals and individual executives of large companies (GE, Olympus, Boston Scientific, ICON, SAP.. amongst others). Xenergie also provide talks and coaches for EAP programmes/insurance provider programmes on mental fitness and motivation to change, and are the main accredited provider for Belbin Team Roles accreditation training and profiling in Ireland.
Finally, a new area of expertise is that of Supervision of internal and external coaching panels, a practice in coaching which is fast becoming accepted as necessary for the well-being and excellence of coaches - Lorna is one of Ireland's first qualified coaching supervisors, having completed the two year Coaching Supervision Diploma held by the Irish Coach Development Network in conjunction with University of Middx, UK, and also sits on the steering group of the Irish Coach Development Network.
