Xenergie Expands London & UK Presence
Welcome Adam Farrell and Nick Fennell to Xenergie UK Team

Xenergie is going back to its roots!  This summer sees the expansion of Xenergie's mentoring and coaching team in the UK as Adam Farrell and Nick Fennell join us, based in London and Oxford respectively.

Originally set up in the UK in 2000 by Lorna McDowell before she and her colleagues relocated to the West of Ireland, Xenergie has a long term relationship with the UK with clients such as Telehouse, Europe's largest datacentre and internet hub, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson and CERT Consultancy/Belbin Associates, as well as many individual clients from around the UK who attend our coaching retreats in Ireland.

Says Lorna "In re-igniting ourselves in the UK, we seek to bring fresh perspectives and courage direct from the Burren mountaintops to London underground stations. Not so much "Mind the Gap" but "Find the Gap" that will make the difference in what you do!  In many ways, Xenergie's journey reflects our own - both myself and two of my colleagues relocated to Ireland to take new perspectives on our own business and personal life - we know what it is to take a leap of faith and try something new and the adventure has been compelling, as well as a lesson in balance, finding your "true north", living in community and reaching for the stars in every sense.  With Adam and Nick, we seek to strengthen our on-the-ground presence to clients in UK whilst adding fresh thinking and creative energy to our growing European network of talented facilitators and coaches."

Nick Fennell has taken over ten years of FMCG sales directorship expertise into a dynamic marketing services career, and now into a mentoring role, analysing companies and individuals, and driving the diagnosis into their future development through strategic mentoring and non-executive board roles..  Nick spent 25 years in FMCG sales, latterly as sales director of General Foods (now Kraf), HP Foods (now Danone) and Premier Brands. He then moved into marketing services as Sales & Marketing Director of Europe's leading field marketing and salesforce outsourcing agency, CPM International, part of Omnicom and played a key part in the development of the field marketing industry.  Nick also runs EFMP, a partnership of European sales andmarketing companies, where the challenge of developing cross-border client opportunities is more than matched by managing cross-cultural objectives and objections.
