Bernard Chanliau, Co-Director of Xenergie, will be one of the speakers during the CIPD Belfast L&D Workshop on Coaching in the Stormont Hotel on the 24th March in Belfast.The topic of his presentation, "A Practitioner's View of the Insights and Challenges from the Field of Executive Coaching" will cover such themes as the selection of Executive Coaches from a buyer's point of view, the different approaches to coaching, the competencies of an executive coach, role and critical importance of supervision with external and internal coaches - strategic role of coaching and link with OD.
