Xenergie Consulting Ltd, a leading organisational coaching consultancy, has announced it has won a two-year competitive deal to provide executive coaching services to the Electricity Supply Board (ESB).
Xenergie beat 94+ other companies to win the contract with 5 other suppliers following a notice in the European journal and tender for contract. Through the deal, Xenergie, will provide accredited Executive Coaches for the ESB coaching panel and coaching services such as supervision for the 80 internal ESB coaches.
Xenergie's Managing Director, Lorna McDowell, said "We are delighted to have extended our relationship with ESB by winning this tender in what was a hard fought pitch by lots of companies. At a time when costs and efficiencies are being brought to the forefront, we know we can truly help ESB's coaching structure and reach the coaching objectives with their senior management."
The selection process by ESB looked at company size, professional accreditation and similar experience from Xenergie's panel. In phase two, 37 companies were selected and 9 were interviewed in the last phase by a jury of 4 from ESB head office in Dublin.
Xenergie's Director and professional executive leadership coach, Bernard Chanliau, said "This shows the continuous professional development of our panel - as a practitioner, coaching is a journey - we're all following the ICF credentials and Xenergie is an Organisational member of the AC (OMAC)".
