In order to make change, we have to diagnose what is happening. Through a variety of diagnostic exercises, we analyse the forces and factors that are engaged and disengaged in your “system” ( the people, processes, artefacts, rituals and interconnected systems), as well as “the context “ created by the market environment and other external factors, for example:- “System Testing” and Organisation in the Mind: To do this work, we study the conscious and unconscious views and behaviour of individual people and collective behaviour in the organisation in the current context, through shadowing meetings and teams, groupwork, 360 exploration with stakeholders to gather evidence that help us develop and test hypotheses.
- Role Analysis with leaders, change-makers and other key stakeholders who are crucial in your value chain: Role Analysis explores the experience of being a person in your “system”, within the current contexts and how you find, make and take a meaningful contribution that connects to the purpose.
- Purpose Clarification: refining the core purpose, primary task, vision and mission of the organisation - in the context of 21st century context of business dynamics
- Collaboration Dynamics: exploration of HOW you collaborate inside and outside the organisation in different group settings, linked to your purpose.
