Using hypnotherapy and NLP techniques, we have helped hundreds of clients to overcome personal fears and phobias from fear of insects and the outdoors, to performance anxiety and insomnia.

Sessions generally take up to an hour and you will generally need a series of appointments, as hypnotherapy is most effective as a cumulative process. At the first session, we will assess your needs and design a programme to suit you.
