PERSONAL STYLE PRINT EXECUTIVE ASSESSMENT

A snapshot view of yourself, your personality type, how you operate in the world, your unique strengths, and areas for personal and emotional development - delivered through assessments and 1-1 coaching over the phone or face-to-face. This provides a great starting block for any career, leadership or life change assessment and development process.
Two or four assessments are conducted, according to situational requirement, and each assessment is presented in a comprehensive document ranging from 8 to 30 pages, together with a Xenergie coaching summary which brings the reports together for you:
- Myers Briggs Type Indicator - MBTI Step I (in-depth interpretive report for decision making, sorting and learning information, problem solving, communications and conflict, social interaction, and self-organisation).
- Belbin® Team Roles - Individual/Team/Group (measures how a person/team/group will behave, contribute, and interrelate with others describing a pattern of behaviour). Self perception or 360 degree survey.
- 360 Lore Survey of Influence (this 360-degree survey measures communication, collaboration and influencing style and tactics)-identifies how effectively an individual influences others by comparing self-perceptions to the perceptions of others.
- EBW Emotional Intelligence provides an individual with a map of behaviour to improve their performance (measures 8 behavioural clusters or 'scales').
- 360 Lore Leadership Assessment (this 360-degree leadership skills instrument measures five dimensions: moral, intellectual, courageous, collaborative, and visionary/inspirational under which modern leaders exhibit strength).
- The Business Development Assessment (BDA) derived from a research-based competency model is a comprehensive skills assessment for sales and business development professionals. This 360-degree survey enables you to compare your perceptions of your skills to the perceptions of your customers, managers, and others.
- Coaching Effectiveness Survey (measures coaching skills, attitudes, and process during coaching assignments)
Some surveys are 360-degree feedback assessments, meaning we collect opinions about a manager's performance from a wide range of co-workers. This usually includes peers, direct reports, the boss - along with people outside the organization, such as customers.
The benefits of collecting data of this kind are that the coachee gets to see a panorama of perceptions rather than just self-perception, which affords a more complete picture, especially discovering blind spots and neutralizing weaknesses. Research in the role of psychometric tests in the process of coaching leads to an increase in the coachee’s self-awareness and self-development.
In addition, we conduct confidential interviews with your observers to develop a more rounded picture. Studies show 360 degree feedback assessments can have a positive economic impact when used for leadership development.
We assess delegates on the internet using a powerful Web-based solution for hosting and administering assessments and surveys. This provides the ability to keep 360 respondent data completely confidential as the data is aggregated and reported by respondent type only.
