The data we collect and why we collect it

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

On some of the forms on our website, you can ask to be added to our mailing list and our emailing list. We need your express permission to add your details to these lists, otherwise we will simply use the data you supplied to make contact and follow up the specific enquiry you submitted.

By asking to be added to our mailing lists, you will receive invitations to Xenergie events, useful reports and marketing literature, which we think, will be of interest. We will never share these lists with third parties and you can opt out of receiving information from Xenergie whenever you wish. We include an ‘opt out’ function on all eZine that we send. Paper-mailings can be returned to the sender and he or she will arrange for your name to be removed from our mailing list.

If you ask to be included on our mailing lists we will add your name to our central database of contacts. If you want to see the data we hold about you on this database simply email info@xenergie.com.
