Xenergie organisational structure
Xenergie was founded in 2001 and is based in Dublin, Republic of Ireland and Buckinghamshire, UK. The company is owned and managed by Lorna McDowell and Bernard Chanliau and supported by an administration team and a network of close associates who are based around Ireland, the UK, France and Continental Europe.

How we work with an organisation
Each client project is assigned a key consultant/coach to assess and plan your requirements with delivery either by same coach or with the support of a wider team, according to your needs and scale. Feedback is managed by a 3-way “contract of understanding and responsibility” between coachee(s), coach and organisation sponsor.
Individual assignments
When working with an individual we also map out a contract of understanding between coach and coachee and regular review points. Care is taken to match coachees with the a coach of an appropriate learning style and experience.

Xenergie Associate Panel
All Xenergie coaches are qualified and accredited ICF or Association for Coaching coaches and trainers and have a significant business track record, usually international, prior to entering coaching/training as a profession.

We train our associates in Xenergie's methodologies and practice standards, and each consultant usually has additional disciplines in their portfolio such as business consulting, Neuro Linguistic Programming, hypnotherapy, image and impact consulting, psychology and are qualified to administer psychometric assessments including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Belbin Team Roles, EBW/EQi Emotional Intelligence.
Xenergie consultants and coaches are supervised to industry standards - Lorna McDowell who has a long track record in coaching and organisation consulting, is one of the first qualified coach supervisor in Ireland, supervises the Xenergie team. We also call on other coach supervisors to help us independently support our coaching team.
