Return Policy
If you return the merchandise you purchase from us for any reason within 15 days of receipt in NEW condition, your purchase price will be refunded. You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Item condition: opened box with all original materials
- Items Must not be marked or soiled in any way
- Until it reaches us - you are responsible for it. When it arrives, we will refund your purchase price less shipping.
Payment Terms
Training Course Delivery / Facilitation:
50% of course fee payable on booking. Remainder of 50% payable within 14 days of course completion.
Public Workshops:
Full fee payable on booking.
Coaching courses
Payment is required on commencement of course, unless instalment arrangements have been negotiated. No refunds are available on course fees once the course has commenced (see above cancellation terms). However, we will do our best to offer you an alternative or issue you a credit for future courses. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
Within 30 days prior to course commencement 50% of fee payable; cancellation within 14 days prior to commencement date two thirds of fee payable; cancellations within 7 days prior to commencement date full fee payable.
Appointment No Shows
Please note that if you do not show for an appointment or cancel within 24 hours, the session time is forfeited and the fee is still payable. Date and time changes can be accommodated with 48 hours notice.
VAT
VAT is chargeable at 21% on 1-1 coaching and coaching retreats. VAT is not chargeable on training.
Professional Conduct
Ethics
Xenergie coaches adhere to a professional code of ethics (International Coach Federation) and other membership codes of ethics according to speciality of individual coaches.
As professional coaches, we acknowledge and agree to honour our ethical obligations to our coaching clients and colleagues and to the public at large. We pledge to comply with the ICF Code of Ethics, to treat people with dignity as independent and equal human beings, and to model these standards with those whom we coach.
Insurance
All Xenergie coaches are insured for personal public liability.
Confidentiality
We will agree a suitable confidentiality agreement on commencement of a contract, but essential all client work remains confidential the exceptions being a stated and agreed intervention by a third party or if we feel that you are in danger of harming self or others.
What we Expect from You
1. Please turn up promptly for sessions, as it is not usually possible to run-over the allotted time due to subsequent clients.
2. You will experience greater value if you ensure to allocate time to complete assignments and work on our learning through reading etc in between coaching sessions. The journey in between sessions is as important as the journey in the sessions!
3. Clients are responsible for informing Xenergie of all relevant information concerning their health, mind and general wellness which may otherwise interfere with their coaching assignments. We also expect clients to take reasonable care of their health and wellness so that they present for sessions alert and in a capacity conducive to learning. Clients presenting for sessions under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs will be not be coached.
