Change Your Life in 90 Days

A breath of fresh air, Wake up to Life - Footsteps to Self Mastery is a 90-day change programme for positive change and positive living. Practical guidance on planning your future and reinventing yourself mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
What you will learn:
- understand your personality, motivations and interactions
- the impact of your family and early influences on your interaction style
- your 360 personality type assessment (MBTI® Step II - 18 page report)
- how to reinvent yourself - how your beliefs about yourself and the world affect your reality and how to adopt more positive ones
- how to develop confidence and overcome feelings of insecurity and fear
- how to feel comfortable in your body and really live in it through bodywork and self-image
- advice and guidance on realistic nutrition and exercise choices for more vitality
- how to set meaningful and achievable goals for yourself and how to stay motivated
- your personal path in life - an introduction to your life purpose and feeling more spiritually connected to the adventure of life.
There are two routes to following the programme:
1) 1-1 coaching. Ideal for those who feel they need personal attention or who may have complex situations which require time to unravel and consider. Also for those who prefer the confidentiality of 1-1 discussion.
2) Group workshops. Join one of our coaching weekend-away workshops held twice a year, and benefit from 1-1 attention. By learning and sharing with others during your change process - a fantastic opportunity to network, make new friends and find mutual support - you will find increased motivation and depth to your journey.
Groups meet for two weekends during the 90 days and you are appointed your own individual coach who will follow your progress over the 90 days with telephone coaching sessions. The weekends are held in beautiful nurturing surroundings in the Burren: roaring fires and home-cooked food greets you and over 50 acres of land to explore and enjoy. Accommodation in single or twin rooms. Small groups only.
