Footsteps to Self Mastery is a revitalising adventure to rediscover yourself with a dynamic transformational process that will teach you practical techniques for taking control of your destiny and becoming more effective in your life. You will discover a greater sense of authenticity (the freedom to be yourself), confidence, clarity, vitality and direction, and learn from experienced life coaches who have travelled their own life journeys and experienced life from many angles.
The Learning Journey
Footsteps is a three month journey comprising an introductory 2-day course and a follow-up 2 day course 90 days later. The course involves a mix of group learning and 1-1 coaching (coaching is a dynamic process in which you will see yourself reflected in many ways and through which you will find inspiration and concrete guidance for moving forward). In between the two course parts, you will work on a personal success project using the coaching process to hold you accountable and motivate you to action. The entire course experience is as much about being part of the group and a change process, as it is the course content itself, as you learn from each other and various experiences.
Two part course: 2 x weekends (Fri eve to Sun afternoon: 17-19 October 08 and 12-14 December 08 ) and personal project to complete over 90 day period. Fees 1590 euro including course fees, accommodation and board both weekends, personal coaching session & detailed MBTI profile). Payment by installments over 3 months possible.
