Stage 1: Navigator 1 - Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching

  • Receive individual executive coaching and role development from an experienced executive coach

  • Develop your coaching presence, your understanding and practice of coaching ethics, the journey of being a coach and how to maximise the relationship with a coaching supervisor

  • Undertake personal practice and receive feedback on your practice

  • 7 workshop days + self-paced learning + personal study and application (total 120 training hours over 3-4 months)

  • 30 hours of 1-1 coaching practice

Stage 2: Navigator 2: Certificate in Team Performance Coaching

  • Understand why teams are so important in 21st Century leadership and transformation

  • Unpack the fundamentals of team behaviour and how groups can easily fall into dysfunction

  • Discover the journey of becoming a performing team, rather than a group of motivated individuals

  • Learn how to create psychological safety and energise authenticity in teams, building a new language for team conversations

  • Understand how to cultivate resilience in teams in order to recover quickly from setbacks

  • Get to grips with some leading team profiling and assessment tools, including Belbin Team Roles, and how these can leverage diversity, accelerate project performance, reduce recruitment risks and much more

  • Learn how to coach and facilitate teamwork, by being part of a team yourself

  • Receive guidance and supervision on your team coaching

  • 6 classroom days + self-paced learning totalling 63 supervised training hours over 4-6 months

  • Personal study and application – 30 hours

  • 1 x team coaching practice case reference (6 sessions)

Stage 3a: Pathfinder 1: Diploma in Systemic Analysis & Team Coaching

This is the beginning of a mastery stage in Team Coaching (which requires accreditation at the previous levels).    In this stage we become strategic about the application of teaming and coaching in a transformation context.

  • Discover how to design and implement a cultural risk analysis of an organisation using an integral and systemic analysis approach that assesses an organisation’s transformation potential and readiness for change

  • Equally, learn how to use the above approach for capturing learning and reflection on previous events (wanted and unwanted)

  • Learn how to engage stakeholders in change and contribute to being part of the transformation they seek or resist

  • Learn how to deliver the analysis in a co-creative and inclusive way with clients and lay the foundations for a transformation change journey, in which all stakeholders can find their feet

  • Learn some key frameworks for analysing the conscious and unconscious aspects of organisational operations including psychodynamic aspects of group behaviour, the impact of purpose on behaviour, and how to map the impacts of thought processes, values, beliefs and needs, and other forms of diversity that generate gridlocks, in an authentic and engaging way

  • Apply your learning in a real-life case study and receive feedback

  • Additional 3 days blended learning

  • 40hrs personal study, research and strategy development

  • Achieve 20 hrs team coaching practice involving systemic tools to analyse and work with gridlocks and achieve change readiness, which must include the delivery of a Systemic Analysis

Stage 3b:  Pathfinder  2 -  Advanced Diploma in Systemic Transformation Consulting (Strategic Value Creator)

This next stage takes the previous phases further to work over-time with the challenge of transforming teams, groups and organisations, looking notably at how learning and change is led by change teams, and ripples and cascades from leaders. Participants undertake a strategic development or transformation project involving diverse stakeholders to embed their learning and submit their case work.

  • Inspiring and managing change systemically – thinking in systems, working energetically with resistance, interpreting situations and finding a language for what is happening, leading from the balcony and dancefloor, incorporating Theory U (Scharmer et al), Oscillation and Transforming Experience theories ( Grubb Institute).

  • Working connectively and with stewardship – leading change across the organisation, engaging stakeholders in contributing to and being part of change

  • Thinking from the future – understanding the leapfrog of an AI-driven future and how to engage teams in learning expeditions, and developing and strategising future scenarios, opportunity creation and risk-mitigation

  • Working with competing polarities and dilemmas  - working with extreme resistance and conflict and how to harness human connection and retain resilience

  • Reframing accountability – the power of story, influence, presence and pro-activity and impact as a leader

  • Reflective practice, coaching supervision and self-care as change coach

  • Becoming a strategic value contributor – developing business acumen and “intrapreneurship” through application in development projects

  • Share the learning in a showcase to inspire and engage more understanding of systemic transformation coaching

  • Role Reflection:   participants receive 5 x 1-1 reflection partnering sessions from a qualified systemic coach supervisor.

  • 8 workshop days (56 hours) + group supervision (12 hours) + peer reflection (9 hours) +23 hours strategy planning, making 100 hours classroom and self-guided practice

  • 70 hours of coaching practice, of which 25 hours 1-1 practice and 45 hours group coaching (can be built up through previous courses)

Stage 4:   Eco-Systems, Group Relations & Systemic Supervision - Working beyond the Organisation for the Greater Good

A key feature of 21st Century Leadership is the ability to broker value between organisations, sectors and industry.   This programme explores the opportunities of eco-system ways of working and takes a whole society view of the development of humanity and business at this time in history, and how we take up our roles in society. Learning includes insights from group relations initiatives that have changed the world including the historically groundbreaking work of the Grubb Institute who designed the blue-print for the N. Ireland peace talks. The qualification doubles up as an advanced mastery which includes the practice of Systemic Supervision as a practice to support those coaching and leading systems through profound change.

  • 20 hours self-paced learning and strategy planning

  • 21 hours of class group action learning and reflective practice

  • 15 hours supervision practice.

  • + 6 hours own 1-1 supervision
